After winning the Saxon Start-up Award for 2023, PowerON has recently been featured on national TV in a short documentary piece. It shows the MVP robot arm and gripper sensor that PowerON are using with their pilot customers to demonstrate their capabilities. The underlying Dielectric Elastomer Switch technology was developed at the Auckland Bioengineering Institute and is now finding a wide range of applications in major industrial robotics companies.
