We were very happy to participate in Alimetry’s Series A capital raise late last year, led by Movac. The company is making substantial progress towards regulatory approvals, setting them up to enter overseas markets later this year. It’s been a long journey for the technology, based on a decade of research at the University of Auckland, but with these new funds the company will have a substantial fuel to grow. Executive-in-Residence Hanie Yee continues her critical role as COO at Alimetry, and Greg Sitters moves to an Observer position on the Board.
